​Each year, during our annual quilt exhibition, Bungendore Quilters holds their annual raffle in which to raise funds for their projects and donation quilts and also to enable our exhibitions to continue and flourish. We usually have three raffle prizes with a quilt made by the members as first prize. All sizes are approximate.

 

In recent years, second, third and occasionally a fourth prize are hampers and gift packs made up of goodies from our local and regional businesses and items made by members of the group. Below are the 1st prize raffle quilts from past years and the winners. In 2024, for the first time, we had three raffle quilts as 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.

The raffle is drawn by "the men" who put up our exhibition and pull it down again, with winners notified by phone and published in the Regional Independent.​ We have the men draw the raffle so there is no possible collusion if a quilter is drawn out.
